Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Tan With Eve, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience. To maintain fairness and ensure availability for all clients, the following Payment and Cancellation policies apply to every appointment.


1. Payment Policy

  1. Payment Requirement:
    All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm and secure your slot. Unpaid bookings are not considered confirmed.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods:
    We accept the following methods:

    • UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm)

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets (if applicable)

    • Any other method displayed at checkout

  3. Payment Confirmation:
    Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation message/receipt through your registered contact details.

  4. Pricing Policy:
    Service prices are subject to change at any time. However, the price paid at the time of booking will remain valid for that appointment.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. However, last-minute cancellations impact our operations and other clients’ booking opportunities. Therefore, the following rules apply:

(i) Cancellation 24 Hours Before Appointment — Full Refund

If you cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund.
No cancellation fee will be charged, and you may reschedule freely.


(ii) Cancellation Within 12 Hours — 50% Charge

If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
This amount will be deducted from what you paid, or 50% of the total booking price will become payable.


(iii) No-Show Policy — 100% Charge

If you fail to attend the appointment without any notice, the full appointment fee is forfeited.
No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows.


(iv) Late Arrival

If you arrive late:

  • Your session may be shortened to fit the remaining time.

  • If your delay affects the next booking slot, you may be rescheduled.

  • Full service fee still applies, regardless of shortened time.


(v) Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling 24 hours before the appointment is free.

  • Requests to reschedule within 12 hours will be treated as a cancellation (50% charge applies).

  • Rescheduling attempts at the time of the appointment or after the appointment begins are considered a no-show.


3. Cancellations by Tan With Eve

Tan With Eve reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to:

  • Staff unavailability

  • Operational issues

  • Health and safety concerns

  • Any unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

  • You will not be charged any fee, and

  • A full refund will be issued for any amount already paid, or

  • You may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.


4. Refund Process

  1. Refund Timeframe:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days, depending on your payment method.

  2. Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only (UPI/Card/Wallet/etc.).


5. Agreement

By booking a service with Tan With Eve, you acknowledge and agree to comply with:

  • The payment rules

  • The cancellation and rescheduling terms

  • No-show charges

  • Refund conditions outlined above
